Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m an award-winning graphic designer working for WorldVentures, one of the largest group-travel companies in the world. I am the lead creative designer for the WorldVentures Foundation, working on projects ranging from the foundation’s website to branding for specific programs. My projects for WorldVentures include campaign logos, event strategy and creative, and marketing collateral.

Over the last 10 years of varied experience in the marketing realm (as well as my training in design and journalism at Iowa State University), I’ve cultivated skills in graphic design, social media, copywriting and editing, branding, and communications strategy. I’ve created a pretty substantial amount of innovative deliverables and collaborated with some exceedingly talented individuals — not to mention guzzled through my fair share of coffee and Diet Coke!

My work varies depending on the challenges set before me. However, I do carry a unique flair from one project to another. I refuse to procrastinate and I’m a perfectionist by nature, so I quickly and efficiently polish each project until it meets my high personal standards. I am extremely detail-oriented and am known to spot things like an extra space between two words or a line ending a couple pixels short of where it should. I live by spreadsheets and color-coded calendars.

When I’m not in front of the computer, I can be found running (I’ve got two marathons and six half-marathons under my belt so far), singing into my steering wheel, or eating irresponsible amounts of cereal.

I also draw photorealistic portraits. I’ve displayed my artwork in the State Fair of Texas and the Iowa State Fair for the past 11 years, receiving 3rd Place in 2016, Honorable Mention in 2015, two Honorable Mentions in 2013, Honorable Mention in 2012, 2nd Place in 2011, a Merit Award in 2010, Honorable Mention in 2008, a People’s Choice Award in 2006, and Best of Show for a contest in 2004.
